Personalised Preventive Care explores the difference between simply living longer and living well.
Featuring Dr Ari Ali Sahebkashaf, Medical Director at MORROW Medical, the episode draws on the myth of Tithonus and the precision of a Formula One pit stop to reframe preventive care as an intentional investment in one’s health. By considering personal health data, medical history, risk factors and lifestyle before symptoms arise, individuals can make more informed decisions that support both longevity and quality of life.
My approach combined prompt-led AI-generated visuals with 2D and 3D motion graphics to bring the episode’s abstract ideas to life. I developed the AI imagery through carefully crafted prompts, then integrated it with designed animation, compositing and transitions to create a cohesive visual language.
The myth of Tithonus was treated with a more atmospheric and surreal tone, while the Formula One sequence introduced speed, precision and energy. This contrast helped move the narrative from the consequences of longevity without vitality towards a more proactive and optimistic view of preventive care.
